  • Vladimir Coufal and Aaron Cresswell both returned from injury in West Ham’s 2-0 win over Norwich in midweek. That was Cresswell’s first appearance since the end of November.
  • Kurt Zouma is targetting a return against Manchester United later this month but Angelo Ogbonna is out for the season and Said Benrahma is away at AFCON.
  • Tomas Soucek missed the 2-0 win in midweek with COVID and is unlikely to return against Leeds on Sunday.
  • Alex Kral or Mark Noble are options if David Moyes wants a bit more protection in alongside Declan Rice.
  • Marcelo Bielsa has revealed he hopes to welcome back Patrick Bamford, Rodrigo and Pascal Struijk this weekend.
  • Junior Firpo will need to be assessed after taking a blow to the head in the FA Cup defeat to West Ham last weekend.
  • Tyler Roberts is suspended for Sunday’s trip to the London Stadium, though is injured anyway, so Bielsa will hope Bamford is fit to start.
  • Diego Llorente is also banned for the away side, which makes Struijk’s potent

  • Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Naby Keita are all with their respective national teams at AFCON.
  • Thiago, Harvey Elliott, Nat Phillips and Divock Origi are all ruled out through injury.
  • Curtis Jones provided thrust that Liverpool badly lacked off the bench against Arsenal in midweek and should have played his way into the starting XI here.
  • James Milner looked awfully leggy in midweek and Alex Oxalde-Chamberlain should replace him in midfield.
  • Sergi Canos trained on Friday in a boost for Brentford but a late decision will be made on Rico Henry after almost four weeks out with a hamstring problem.
  • Thomas Frank could make two changes to the side that fell to a heavy 4-1 loss at Southampton in midweek with Mads Bech Sorensen and Mathias Jensen both returning to the side.
  • Frank Onyeka is at AFCON, while David Raya, Charlie Goode and Josh Dasilva are sidelined through injury.
  • Zanka and Julian Jeanvier are both close to a return for the Bees, but the trip to Liverpool comes too soon for both.
