- Lars Stindl and Stefan Lainer will miss the return leg if they are booked on Wednesday.
- Gladbach have a clean bill of health for their game with Manchester City.
- Denis Zakaria has really struggled for peak fitness this season and is only likely to start on the bench here.
- Breel Embolo, Patrick Herrmann and Jonas Hofmann are in competition to complete Gladbach’s forward line.
- Manchester City’s injury problems have eased dramatically in recent weeks with Nathan Ake the only player currently unavailable.
- Phil Foden and Rodri are expected to return to the side on Wednesday after being rested in the 1-0 win over Arsenal on Sunday.
- Bernardo Silva and Riyad Mahrez could find themselves unlucky to be among the substitutes in midweek, while Aymeric Laporte, Kyle Walker and Gabriel Jesus are pushing for recalls.
Tottenham v Wolfsberger
- Jose Mourinho has no fresh injury concerns for the second leg meeting with Wolfsberger, with Giovani Lo Celso and Serge Aurier still ruled out.
