  • Billy Gilmour was forced off late on in Scotland’s pre-Euro 2020 win over Luxembourg, though that was more of a precaution and he should be fit to feature.
  • Whether Gilmour starts is another matter entirely, with Steve Clarke set to use John McGinn, Scott McTominay and Callum McGregor in midfield.
  • Tomas Kalas will start alongside Ondrej Celustka at the heart of the defence on Monday afternoon.
  • Patrik Schick is expected to lead the charge, with Adam Hlozek the striking option in reserve; Hlozek ended the season strongly, so could prove a handful for Scotland if he is used.
  • Lukas Provod is ruled out of the tournament, and that should see Alex Kral start alongside Tomas Soucek in the middle of the park.
