  • Sam Allardye will understandably consider fielding an unchanged side on Monday after drubbing Chelsea 5-2 last weekend.
  • However, West Brom have Conor Gallagher available again this weekend and Callum Robinson scored twice off the bench against Chelsea.
  • Robinson will hope to replace Phillips in the starting XI, while Gallagher will only go into the starting XI if Allardyce reverts to a back four here.
  • Branislav Ivanovic came off the bench against old club Chelsea only to leave the field injured shortly afterwards. He won’t feature here.
  • Dara O’Shea came off against Chelsea with a knock to his ankle but has more of a chance of being available here than Ivanovic.
  • James Ward-Prowse, Danny Ings and Theo Walcott were all fit to start against Burnley last weekend.
  • Takumi Minamino wasn’t deemed fit enough to start after his excursions with Japan during the international break but come into Ralph Hasenhuttl’s thinking here.
  • Nathan Redmond and Danny Ings both scored and assisted against Burnley so there is no reason to drop either, meaning Che Adams will likely be benched again here.

  • Adam Webster has been out for more than two months but is expected to return against either Everton or Chelsea.
  • Florin Andone and Aaron Connolly are also nearing returns, though neither are expected to be considered for starts on Monday night.
  • Dan Burn was not risked against Manchester United last weekend but will be here after more than a week between games.
  • Alexis Mac Allister and Steven Alzate will push for starts but it wouldn’t be a surprise if Graham Potter named an unchanged starting XI against Everton.
  • Tom Davies and Ben Godfrey were both fit to play against Crystal Palace last weekend.
  • With Andre Gomes joining Abdoulaye Doucoure on the sidelines, Carlo Ancelotti will desperately hope to recover Allan for the trip to Brighton on Monday.
  • Jean-Philippe Gbamin made his first appearance of the season as a substitute late on but certainly isn’t ready to start just yet.
