Several players will be missing for Everton and Arsenal due to injury. Nathan Patterson, James Garner, Michael Keane and Andros Townsend are out for Everton. Ben Godfrey is recovering from a knee sprain and may return. Sean Dyche will be coaching his first game and changes may occur.

For Arsenal, Gabriel Jesus, Reiss Nelson and Mohamed Elneny are out and Emile Smith Rowe is ruled out with a thigh injury. Thomas Partey is a doubt with a chest injury and Jorginho may make his debut for Arsenal if Partey doesn’t play. Mikel Arteta hopes Thomas Partey can start.
