- Wayne Rooney: Agrees to become Birmingham City’s new manager. His salary is three times more than his predecessor, John Eustace.
- Jadon Sancho: Manchester United is willing to subsidize his £300,000-a-week wages to loan him out if he doesn’t apologize to manager Erik ten Hag.
- Joao Neves: 19-year-old Benfica midfielder is being eyed by Manchester United and Manchester City.
- Cristiano Ronaldo: Wishes to extend his contract until 2027 with Saudi Pro League club Al-Nassr.
- Vinicius Jr: Has not yet signed a new contract with Real Madrid; current deal expires next summer.
