- Tottenham has made a joint bid of £50m to Leicester City for England’s midfielder James Maddison and forward Harvey Barnes [1].
- Arsenal is planning to improve their offer for Declan Rice to £100m.
- Arsenal has withdrawn from the race to sign Moises Caicedo, a 21-year-old midfielder from Brighton and Ecuador, to focus on a deal for Rice.
- Moises Caicedo has decided to join Chelsea, with final negotiations currently underway.
- Chelsea and Germany’s forward Kai Havertz has agreed to personal terms with Arsenal, but a deal with Chelsea is yet to be finalized.
- Chelsea faces competition from Manchester United for the signing of Inter Milan’s goalkeeper Andre Onana from Cameroon. However, Manchester United has also shortlisted Diogo Costa, a goalkeeper from Porto, Portugal.
