  • Erik ten Hag, the manager of Manchester United, is optimistic about Marcus Rashford, the 25-year-old English forward, extending his contract that is due to expire at the end of the coming season.
  • Real Madrid is on the brink of securing a deal with Jude Bellingham, the 19-year-old English midfielder from Borussia Dortmund, with a deal value potentially reaching nearly £100m including add-ons.
  • Mauricio Pochettino, the likely incoming manager at Chelsea, is keen on evaluating Romelu Lukaku. The 30-year-old Belgian forward, currently on loan at Inter Milan, has expressed his desire to remain with the Italian side.
  • Chelsea is nearing a deal with Manuel Ugarte, the 22-year-old defensive midfielder from Sporting Lisbon. Liverpool, however, are also showing interest.
