  • Lionel Messi, the Argentina forward, who confirmed his departure from Paris St-Germain, is reportedly considering a move to Saudi Arabia. The Gulf state has offered a £320m-a-year deal to the 35-year-old, and he could follow the footsteps of his Portuguese rival Cristiano Ronaldo.
  • Inter Miami, a Major League soccer team co-owned by former Manchester United and England player David Beckham, is also interested in signing Lionel Messi, and they could potentially rival Al-Hilal for the Argentine’s signature.
  • Real Madrid is in talks with Borussia Dortmund to sign England midfielder Jude Bellingham. However, the German club has not yet received an offer from the Spanish giants.
  • Sheikh Jassim, who plans to buy Manchester United, has abandoned his plans to sign Brazil forward Neymar and is now targeting France’s Kylian Mbappe, Bayern Munich’s Kingsley Coman, and Real Madrid’s Eduardo Camavinga.
  • Arsenal’s Mikel Arteta is reportedly targeting six players this summer, including West Ham’s Declan Rice, Bayer Leverkusen’s Moussa Diaby, Crystal Palace’s Wilfried Zaha, and Marc Guehi.
