• Arsenal is vigorously chasing Declan Rice, a 24-year-old midfielder from West Ham and England, with a £92m offer, aiming to finalize the deal before pre-season starts​¹​.
• West Ham is eyeing Fulham’s Joao Palhinha, the 27-year-old Portuguese defensive midfielder, as a potential replacement for Rice. Additionally, Kalvin Phillips from Manchester City and James Ward-Prowse from Southampton are also being considered​¹​.
• Chelsea is potentially looking to recruit Rice as well as Moises Caicedo, a 21-year-old midfielder from Brighton and Ecuador​¹​.
• Khephren Thuram, a 22-year-old midfielder from France playing for Nice, has reportedly given a verbal agreement to Liverpool​¹​.
• Mateo Kovacic, a 29-year-old midfielder from Chelsea and Croatia, has reached an agreement with Manchester City following extensive negotiations​¹​.
• Liverpool has planned meetings with the representatives of Manu Kone, a 22-year-old French midfielder from Borussia Monchengladbach​¹​.
• Real Madrid is formulating a £68m bid for English striker Harry Kane from Tottenham Hotspur. However, Tottenham’s chairman, Daniel Levy, is reportedly unwilling to sell Kane to Manchester United​¹​.
• Newcastle is eyeing players from relegated Premier League teams for potential transfers, including Tyler Adams, a 24-year-old midfielder from Leeds United and the USA, as well as Harvey Barnes and James Maddison, both from Leicester City​¹​.
• Tottenham’s new manager, Ange Postecoglou, has made James Maddison a priority target. However, acquiring the English international will cost more than £50m​¹​.
