- West Ham is eyeing a loan deal for England’s centre-back, Harry Maguire, from Manchester United.
- Frenkie de Jong, a midfielder from the Netherlands, could be swapped with Portugal’s Bernardo Silva, with de Jong moving to Manchester City and Silva to Barcelona.
- Bayern Munich’s executive, Uli Hoeness, is confident that Harry Kane, a striker from Tottenham Hotspur and England, will transfer to Germany this summer.
- Amidst uncertainty about Kane’s future, Tottenham Hotspur is considering a move for Dusan Vlahovic, a 22-year-old striker from Juventus and Serbia.
- Newcastle United has reportedly made an £82m bid for Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, a 22-year-old winger from Georgia who currently plays for Napoli.
- The Glazer family, owners of Manchester United, may be compelled to approve a deal for Rasmus Hojlund, a striker from Denmark playing for Atalanta, to prevent a drop in the club’s value during takeover negotiations.
- Wolves are preparing a bid of over £20m for Alex Scott, a 19-year-old English midfielder from Bristol City.
- Liverpool’s captain, Jordan Henderson, has agreed to personal terms with Al-Ettifaq, but the clubs have not yet reached an agreement.
- Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is open to transferring from Chelsea to Marseille, even if it means a salary reduction.
- Jonny Evans, a free agent and central defender, is being sought after by his former boss, Brendan Rodgers, at Celtic.
- Leicester City is interested in loaning Cesare Casadei, an Italian midfielder from Chelsea.
- Riyad Mahrez, a winger from Algeria playing for Manchester City, is being pursued by Saudi Arabian side Al-Ahli.
- Allan Saint-Maximin, a French winger from Newcastle United, is also being approached for a move to Al-Ahli.
- Romelu Lukaku, a striker from Belgium playing for Chelsea, will not be joining Inter Milan. His most likely destinations are Juventus or a club in Saudi Arabia.
- Inter Milan is now focusing on Folarin Balogun, a striker from the United States playing for Arsenal, as an alternative to Lukaku.
- Jonjo Shelvey, an English midfielder from Nottingham Forest, is close to a move after being excluded from their pre-season training camp.
- Sheffield United, recently promoted, is considering a move for Shelvey.
- Juventus is pursuing Franck Kessie, a midfielder from Ivory Coast playing for Barcelona.
- Danny Drinkwater, a former Leicester City midfielder, has expressed interest in returning to the Foxes after his move to Chelsea six years ago.
