  • Manchester City has put forward a €90m (£77m) offer for 21-year-old RB Leipzig and Croatia defender Josko Gvardiol, who is seen as a “dream player” by Pep Guardiola.
  • Mikel Arteta, the Arsenal manager, has dismissed rumors linking him with Paris St-Germain, expressing contentment with his current position.
  • Arsenal is in ongoing discussions for a potential deal with 22-year-old Ajax and Netherlands defender Jurrien Timber.
  • Saudi Pro League team Al-Hilal is planning to negotiate for the signing of 26-year-old Jamaica winger Demarai Gray from Everton.
  • Al-Ahli is in talks with 31-year-old Brazilian forward Roberto Firmino, formerly of Liverpool. The club is awaiting Firmino’s final decision.
