Football 30/01/2023 – FA Cup – Derby v West Ham

Derby has remained unbeaten in League One since October 21st and boasts a winning streak of five games in the division. Their 3-0 victory over Barnsley has secured their spot in the fourth round of the FA Cup.

West Ham, on the other hand, has had a mixed record, having won only three of their last ten competitive matches. Out of these three wins, one came in the FA Cup, one in the Conference League, and only one in the Premier League. The Hammers ended their Premier League drought with a win over Everton on Saturday, after not having won in the league since October 24th. However, they did defeat Brentford, a Premier League opposition, 1-0 in the last round to advance to this fixture. Given the contrasting form of the two sides, the home team may be favored to secure a spot in the fifth round of the FA Cup.
