Beauden Barrett is one of the most naturally gifted rugby players New Zealand has ever produced. The three-time World Rugby Player of the Year has redefined the fly-half position with his extraordinary pace, elusive running, and ability to play across multiple backline positions. Barrett's talent is so prodigious that the All Blacks have frequently selected him at full-back simply to accommodate his brilliance alongside other playmakers.
Barrett's running game is breathtaking. He possesses genuine winger's pace and uses it to exploit defensive lines that would be impenetrable to less gifted playmakers. His ability to step off either foot at full speed makes him virtually uncatchable in open field, and his try-scoring record from fly-half is extraordinary.
