- Arsenal is preparing a club record £92m offer for 24-year-old England midfielder Declan Rice from West Ham. Bayern Munich is also interested in signing Rice.
- Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is considering signing 28-year-old Portugal defender Joao Cancelo from Manchester City, who is currently on loan at Bayern Munich. However, Arsenal fears that City may be reluctant to do business with them.
- Paris St-Germain is interested in acquiring 28-year-old Portugal midfielder Bernardo Silva from Manchester City for £70m.
- Talks between Chelsea and 30-year-old Belgium striker Romelu Lukaku regarding his future will be delayed until after Inter Milan plays Manchester City in the Champions League final on 10 June.
- Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has offered 37-year-old English midfielder James Milner, who is set to leave at the end of the season, a coaching role.
- Manchester United has agreed on personal terms with 26-year-old South Korea defender Kim Min-jae from Napoli.
- Arsenal’s 24-year-old Norway midfielder Martin Odegaard, whose contract expires in 2025, is expected to sign a new deal.
- Bayer Leverkusen manager Xabi Alonso has stated that he will remain in charge next season despite being linked with the Tottenham managerial vacancy.
