💡 Sofia public transport tip
In Sofia, you validate your ticket by pressing it against the yellow validator on the bus/tram. On the metro, feed the ticket through the gate. A абонаментна карта (monthly pass) covers all metro, tram, trolleybus and bus within Sofia. Тaxis — always use OK Supertrans or Yellow Taxi; avoid unlicensed drivers at the airport.
