2/12/2022 Football – Four Games in the World Cup today. At 3pm is South Korea v Portugal. Also, at 3pm is Ghana v Uruguay. Cameroon v Brazil and Serbia v Switzerland is at 7pm.
02/12/2022 Football – World Cup – Korea v Portugal
- Hwang Hee-Chan has not played in any of South Korea’s 2022 World Cup matches so far, owing to a hamstring injury and so remains a doubt for this game.
- Danilo Pereira is likely to miss out here, as he did against Uruguay, owing to a rib injury which he sustained in a training session.
- Nuno Mendes came off in that game with Uruguay because of some tightness he felt in his thigh and so will have to be assessed.
- Otavio likely misses out here as well, as he continues to recover from a muscle injury.

- Ghana should have no injury concerns coming into this game.
- Ronald Araujo is recovering from an adductor injury and is likely to only be available in the knockout stages, should Uruguay get there.

02/12/2022 Football – World Cup – Cameroon v Brazil
- Andre Onana was sent home from the Cameroon camp due to disciplinary reasons, and will not take part in the game against Brazil.
- That aside, Cameroon have a full side to choose from.
- Neymar came off in the first game with an ankle injury and will miss the rest of the group stage, and so too will Danilo, with the experienced Dani Alves set to deputise at right-back.
- With Brazil having already qualified, we may see some players rested in order to prepare them for the knockout stages.

- Serbia should have no injury concerns coming into this game.
- Noah Okafor missed the game on Monday against Brazil owing to injury and so will have to be assessed before this game.
- Xherdan Shaqiri was also not involved in the loss to Brazil, but should be fit enough to start, not playing in the last game more as a precautionary measure.
