PSG is said to have a transfer budget of just 80 million euros this summer and will likely need to sell either Neymar or Messi to free up funds for new signings.
Brentford is determined to keep hold of their goalkeeper David Raya, while Nottingham Forest could make a significant signing spree if they avoid relegation from the Premier League, with a budget of over £100m.
