  • Tom Davies and Ben Godfrey are both available despite missing England’s win over Croatia’s U21 in midweek through injury.
  • Jordan Pickford is ruled out once again for Everton. Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed Robin Olsen is available but it wouldn’t be a surprise if Joao Virginia continued in goal here.
  • Carlo Ancelotti expects to have James Rodriguez available to face Crystal Palace on Sunday.
  • Jean-Philippe Gbamin is finally available but having last played in August 2019 no risks will be taken. Fabian Delph, Bernard and Abdoulaye Doucoure are all out.
  • Crystal Palace have a lot of players nearing a return to first-team action but checks will need to be done on all of them.
  • Christian Benteke was in good form before the break and is expected to keep January signing Jean-Philippe Mateta out of the team here.
  • After a hectic international break with England’s U21s, it wouldn’t be a surprise if Eberechi Eze only made the bench here.
